It was so awesome meeting up with other local naturalistas at Painting with a Twist in Ferndale, MI! We had wine and appetizers! The pink Moscato was by far the best wine judging by the fact it was gone by the end of the class!

The class was led by an instructor and the ladies were very enthusiastic about the grand reveal of what we would be painting which was a free form art piece titled Dancing Divas!

We also had a product swap where ladies brought unused or lightly used products. To get a product, the rules were to put $1 in the stash! Needless to say there was almost nothing left!

During painting we discussed any questions that folks had regarding natural hair from coloring gray hair to the benefits of using curry leaves as part of a pre-treatment.

There were two giveaways up for grabs which was sponsored by EverButter! Two of the newest members were very excited and they ended up winning awesome handmade natural hair and personal care items! EverButter is a Michigan based company!
