Tendrils and Curls – Houston, TX – Store Visit

Hey Curlies,

While I was in Houston, TX last week, I was able to visit Tendrils and Curls, a one stop natural hair and personal care product shop, located at 2501 S Shepherd Dr, Houston, TX 77019. I must say, I do love the southern hospitality (not so cliche) that I received!

The store has been open for almost three years and caters to all hair types, curl types, ethnicities and all hair textures. The store has about 2 events a month so if you are in the area stop on by as they spot light natural hair stylists. They have spotlighted about 12 natural hair stylists already this year.

I was in product junkie heaven as I was surrounded by many of my favorite brands such as Camille Rose Naturals, Original Moxie, Jessicurl, Darcy’s Botanicals, Karen’s Body Beautiful, Bee Mine and the list goes on and on. Although, I didn’t see one of my favorite brands, NATURALICIOUS, I made sure I asked about it! 🙂

I was able to cop a few products that I haven’t been able to find on the ground at all in Michgian such as The Mane Choice, Alikay Naturals, Koils by Nature, and Camille Rose Naturals.
